Sweet dreams are made of… chromed metal!

Dear friends

This is a non hacker related post (so disclaimers are already made). This Christmas (*insert_your_religious_holiday_name_here) I decided to make real an old childhood dream and bought to myself a… motorcycle!

Yeah, bad hackers on motorcycles are around the corner (My guess that this must be an influence of playing Lucas Arts Full Throttle a decade and half ago).

So, for your amusement, here goes some snapshots of my motorcycle (a second hand Honda Shadow 600cc with just 18000KM of use):

a) ‘Naked’ motorcycle (without the accessories)

b) After installing the accessories

c) Left side of engine

d) Right side of engine

It is not a Corley but its engine sound is just sweet to my ears. 🙂

I’d love to have a motorcycle but I don’t feel that I could stay on the sucker going 70mph (112km/h)

Life… was a game to him… And he played it… by his own rules. He was a mystery to most of us… and yet, an inspiration to us all. He gave us FREEDOM. He gave us POWER. He gave us WINGS. He gave us WHEELS. Thank you, Malcolm Corley… for giving us a DREAM that will never die…

Corley Motors FTW! (mas sem minivans =D)
